Plants in a Bottle

19 Dec

We got the PAPERUS Bottle Garden for mum’s christmas present this year. They are basically plants which survive in a relatively self-sustaining eco-system through their own water condensation. Sounds simple to maintain right? Great for people like  me.

Don’t they look really pretty in the glass bottle?

And as the instructions state, all it takes is five easy steps to maintain a living Eden :-

  • Place your PAPERUS Bottle Garden in a well-lit location away from direct sunlight.
  • Rotate your PAPERUS Bottle Garden to maintain its growth symmetry.
  • Remove dead leaf/leaves.
  • Prune overgrown plants.
  • Maintain the water balance by checking the glass surface for adequate condensation.

Hope it ain’t too difficult. Meanwhile, the bottle garden will reside at D’s place till christmas comes. Ho ho ho!! <5pf>
